A short workshop on how to give clear feedback. It runs 1 to 4 hours, at your location. I use Radical Candor, Psychological Safety, and Positive Reinforcement. The price depends on the work.
How to Embrace Failure Workshop
A short workshop on how to learn when something goes wrong. It runs 1 to 4 hours. The team learns to talk about mistakes and fix them. The price depends on the work. Buffalo.
